About the mediator
Andre A. Rouviere brings more than 35 years of legal practice experience to mediation. He has been licensed by the Florida Bar since October 1989 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law that same year.
As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, Andre is authorized to mediate civil matters in all judicial circuits of Florida. His mediation practice covers civil disputes, personal injury claims, business and contract disagreements, and property claims. He has conducted more than 150 mediations.
Andre approaches mediation as a neutral facilitator. He does not represent either party. His role is to help parties have a clear conversation about the underlying interests at stake, so that resolutions emerge on terms the parties choose for themselves. Every mediation he conducts is confidential under Florida law.
