Rouviere cannot serve as your mediator until a conflict-of-interest check has been completed, all parties have agreed to mediation, and the engagement terms have been confirmed in writing. Until that occurs, information you send us is not protected by mediation confidentiality under Florida Statutes Chapter 44 or related law.

Once a mediation is engaged, communications and disclosures made during the mediation are protected from disclosure as provided by Florida Statutes §44.405 and the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators.
